On Monday, November 16, 2015 Benton Charter Twp Police investigated a report of found property in the 1600 block of Britain Ave.  Anyone who believes they have ownership/interest in said found property should contact the police department accordingly; (269) 926-3082 and speak with Det. Lt. Brian Smit.  Individuals will be required to identify the property in question and possibly provide proof of ownership, etc.

Armed Robbery Suspects - Subway Restaurant, December 2015

Benton Charter Township Detectives are seeking assistance in identifying the following individual who robbed the Subway business located at 2004 S. M-139.  The incident occurred on Thursday, December17th, 2015 at approximately 11:00am.

Anyone having information should call Det. Lt. Brian Smit at (269) 926-8221 ext 147 or email the information via the link.  Calling Crime Stoppers with information is also encouraged if wanting to remain anonymous.
